Ever wondered how an Aurora Paws toy goes from a simple idea… to your dog’s new favourite?

Spoiler: it’s not as simple as it looks.

Every toy we create is the result of months of thought, testing, and refinement — all to make sure it’s just right.

Every design starts the same way — with a sketch.

We go through multiple samples — tweaking:

If they can’t destroy it (or absolutely love it), we know we’re onto something.

Before production, we fine-tune:

After 3–6 months of development, the final design is ready.

And that’s when your dog finally gets to enjoy the finished product.
